Choose suppliers on evidence
The cheapest quote can become the most expensive supplier: a missed launch, a reprint or a color problem costs far more than a few cents per box. The Packaging Supplier Scorecard makes the trade-offs visible so you can choose with confidence.

Frequently asked questions
Can I add my own criteria?
Yes. Add rows within a category and the weights recalculate when you update the category's criteria count on the Weights sheet.
Should I just pick the highest score?
Use the score together with landed cost and your notes. A very low score in quality or reliability is often a deal-breaker on its own.
