How this page works
The posts and pins on this page come straight from our own accounts. Our server collects them on a schedule and stores the images on custompacka.ing, so browsing here does not load trackers from the social networks. If you press Load original post in the viewer, the platform's own embed loads, and that platform's privacy policy applies from that point. Our privacy policy explains this in more detail.
Every item links back to the original post, so you can like, comment, repost, save or reply there. On X posts you can reply, repost or like directly from the card. On Quora answers, the link opens the full answer and its comments.
Use our pins to build a better brief
A mood board is one of the most useful things you can bring to a packaging project. It shows a designer in seconds what words struggle to explain: the feeling of a soft-touch finish, the weight of a rigid box, how much color is too much on kraft.
- Create a board on your own Pinterest account for the project.
- Save pins from our boards and this page using the Save button. Save examples you dislike too, in a separate section, because knowing what to avoid is just as helpful.
- Add a short note to each pin about what you like: the structure, the color, the finish, the way the insert presents the product.
- Share the board link in your quote request. We use it to suggest structures and finishes, and to prepare your free 3D proof.
Pins are inspiration, not specifications. Colors look different on every screen, and a finish that looks dramatic in a photo may be subtle in your hand. That is why we recommend a printed sample before large runs when color or feel is critical.
Ask us anything on Quora
Our Quora Space collects questions about custom packaging and our answers to them. Good questions to ask include:
- What box style suits a particular product, weight or shipping method?
- How much does a certain quantity, size or finish usually cost, and what drives the price?
- How should artwork be set up for a dieline, bleed and finishes?
- Which materials are recyclable, and what claims can a brand honestly make?
- How do you right-size boxes to reduce dimensional weight charges?
We answer in public so the answer helps the next person with the same question. For anything private, such as prices for your exact project, artwork files or order details, use the contact form, WhatsApp or the quote form instead.
