Why CustomPacka exists
Ordering custom packaging should not feel like learning a new trade. Yet for most growing brands it does. Suppliers quote in unfamiliar terms (flute, ECT, caliper, CMYK, dieline), prices hide in vague ranges, minimums are designed for corporations, and the first time you see your box in real life is when a pallet of them arrives. Mistakes are expensive: the wrong size raises shipping costs on every order, the wrong board crushes in transit, and the wrong color makes a carefully built brand look off.
CustomPacka was created to fix that. We are a custom packaging company focused on brands selling in the United States, from first-time founders ordering 100 mailer boxes to established companies running thousands of cartons a month. Our job is to translate what you sell into the right packaging, explain every choice in plain English, price it transparently and deliver it right the first time.
What we do
We design, source and deliver custom printed packaging:

How we work
A vetted production network
We work with a network of established packaging manufacturers, each selected for a specific strength: corrugated converting, offset carton printing, rigid box making, flexible packaging or accessories. Matching each job to the right specialist, rather than forcing every box through one factory, is how we keep quality high and prices fair across very different formats. Our team manages the specification, artwork, proofing, quality checks and delivery, so you deal with one partner from quote to doorstep.
Transparent pricing
Every price on our site, from product pages to the 3D Box Builder, comes from the same published pricing model. It calculates board area, material, print, conversion, finishes and setup for your exact size and spreads setup across your quantity. You can see estimated prices at every quantity before you contact us, and your quote itemizes what you are paying for. Read how we price.
Proof before production
Nothing is printed until you approve a proof. You see the dieline with your artwork placed, a 3D preview and, if you want, a physical sample. Proofs list the material, print, finishes and quantity so there are no surprises.
Reprint guarantee
If your packaging has a production defect or does not match the proof you approved, we reprint it or refund it. Details are in our reprint guarantee.
What we believe about packaging
Right-size first. The best box is the one that fits. It protects better, ships cheaper and wastes less. We will tell you when a smaller box or a lighter board does the job.
One hero finish beats five. Spending on structure and print quality usually does more than stacking finishes. We will help you choose where to spend.
Honest claims only. We never make vague environmental claims, and we help you describe your packaging accurately. The same goes for our own business: we do not publish invented statistics, testimonials or certifications. Reviews on our site come only from verified customers.
Education is part of the service. A brand that understands its packaging makes better decisions. That is why we publish detailed guides, a glossary and free tools that anyone can use, customer or not.
