Most brands start on the free Community plan: all free tools, the community forum and free downloads. Pro is for brands and designers who work on packaging often and want every template, mockup and guide, faster quotes and member pricing. The Reorder Program is for brands that reorder the same packaging and want locked prices and scheduled deliveries.

Pro includes everything in our shop: the 96-dieline Template Library, the 40-render Style Render Pack, the Buyer's Handbook and the Spec Sheet & RFQ Kit, plus future additions while you are a member.
Artwork pre-flight on every file
Send any packaging file (even for a project with another supplier) and our team checks it for resolution, bleed, safe zones, color, fonts and finish layers.
Same-business-day quotes
Quote requests from Pro members are answered the same business day when received during business hours.
Member pricing
Pro members get 5% off custom packaging orders over $500 (before shipping extras and taxes).
Community recognition
A Pro badge on your community profile and priority answers from our team.
The Reorder Program
For brands that reorder regularly:
- Locked prices for 12 months on your agreed specifications
- Scheduled deliveries on your cadence (monthly, quarterly)
- A dedicated packaging specialist
- Consolidated invoicing
- An annual packaging review with cost-down and sustainability ideas

Billing
Pro is billed monthly or yearly through our secure checkout provider. The yearly plan costs the same as about ten months. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. Downloads you have already made remain yours to use under the license.

Can I cancel Pro anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account or the checkout provider's customer portal. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
Do I need Pro to order packaging?
No. Anyone can order custom packaging. Pro adds resources, faster quotes and member pricing.
Can I use templates and mockups for client work?
Yes, for your brand or your clients' packaging. You may not resell or redistribute the files themselves.
How does member pricing work?
The 5% discount is applied to your quote for orders over $500 while your membership is active.
Is there a free trial?
The Community plan is free forever, and several resources are free to download. Pro does not have a trial.
