Pallets that ship efficiently and arrive intact
A well-planned pallet ships more product per dollar, gets accepted at the dock and arrives without crushed cases. The Pallet & Case Planner does the math from product to case to pallet to shipment.
What's in the workbook
Units per Case
Product and case inside dimensions give units per case in all six orientations, with the best highlighted, plus packed case weight and how much of the case volume is used.
Cases per Pallet
Case outside size and weight, pallet size (48 × 40 in by default), maximum load height and weight. Results: cases per layer in both directions, layers allowed by height and by weight, cases and units per pallet, load height, gross weight, footprint and cube utilization, the limiting factor and an overhang check.
Shipment
Units to ship become full cases, partial cases, total cases, pallets, cases on the last pallet and shipment weight.

A 9-page PDF covering pallet basics and types, units-per-case design, stacking patterns (column, interlock, pinwheel) with diagrams, why cases crush and how to estimate the load on the bottom case, labeling and wrapping checklists, and a printable pallet build sheet.

Does it include marketplace rules?
It lets you set height and weight limits. Receivers, including marketplaces, publish their own requirements; always check the current version.
