What to include when you ask for a packaging quote (checklist)

Getting accurate quotes is mostly about giving complete specs. Here's the list we use:

• Box style (mailer, tuck end, rigid…)
• Inside dimensions L × W × H
• Material and thickness (e.g. E-flute kraft, 18pt SBS)
• Print: colors, inside/outside, Pantone matches
• Finishes: lamination, foil, spot UV, embossing, window
• Quantities (ask for 2–3 breaks)
• Ship-to ZIP and deadline
